Our house is within walking distance to a major intersection (Av. Caminos del Inca and Av. Benavides), public transport, restaurants, grocery stores and Ricardo Palma University. Parks, gyms and tennis courts are also nearby. 

Standard furnished bedrooms include a three quarters bed with linens and pillow, closet, desk with chair, fan and a 14' TV. Optional Extras : Double Bed, 21' TV, DVD player and Minibar - you decide (at an extra price). 

Each bedroom has a cable hook up (90 National and International channels), Broadband Internet connection (DSL 1.5Mbps) and free Wireless Internet access are available for your Laptop or Pc, and we also have a telephone available to receive and make some "Free National and International phone calls", as well. 

 Our bathrooms are shared and have a shower, toilet and sink. One advantage is that there is always hot water. Other facilities include an available area in which to wash and dry your clothes and a dining room with table, chairs, fridge and microwave of which you can use. Rooms are positioned on the third floor and have a separate entry from our main house. Our house also has 24hrs Security TV.  

 The rooms are for single or double occupancy (couple only) for business people, vacationers, students and anyone who needs a comfortable and safe accommodation at a reasonable price. Rent starts at $100 USD per (four weeks with all the services above mentioned - electricity and water are included too). The rate depends of your length of stay and the kind of room you would like to rent (furnished and size of the room etc). 

 We can also arrange your transportation to and from the airport, food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for additional charges and store your luggage while you travel within Peru. You will be living with a nice family as this is not a Hotel but a 'home away from home'.

Nos encontramos ubicados en Monterrico Sur, Surco, zona residencial bonita, tranquila y segura de Lima, a 10 minutos de Miraflores y 30 del Centro Histórico de Lima.

Estamos a sólo unos minutos caminando de centros de recreación como parques, gimnasios, canchas de tenis y cines, así como de los principales supermercados, bancos, restaurantes, y de los medios de transporte que comunican con los diferentes puntos de Lima. 

Disponemos de habitaciones amobladas o sin amoblar. Las habitaciones amobladas constan de una cama con sábanas, cubrecama y almohada, ropero, TV a color, escritorio y ventilador, extras : Cama de dos plazas, 21'TV, DVD player y Friobar. 

Todas las habitaciones (amobladas o sin amoblar) cuentan con los servicios de Cable TV (90 Canales Nacionales e Internacionales) e Internet Banda Ancha (DSL 1.5Mbps), además se ofrece servicio telefónico para recibir y realizar algunas llamadas gratuitas Nacionales e Internacionales.

Los baños son compartidos y cuentan con agua caliente, existe un área de lavandería y un pequeño comedor con refrigerador, micro ondas, mesa y sillas. Las habitaciones son totalmente independientes, se encuentran en el tercer piso y tienen una entrada separada de la casa principal. La casa también cuenta con cámaras de seguridad (CCTV) las 24hrs del día.

Rentamos a turístas (we speak English), estudiantes y todo el que necesite alojamiento cómodo, confortable y seguro en Lima. El alquiler empieza en $60 mensuales (mes de cuatro semanas, habitación sin amoblar, están incluidos todos los servicios arriba mencionados). El alquiler depende del tiempo a alojarse, tipo de habitación (amoblada o sin amoblar) y tamaño.

Podemos brindar además los servicios de recojo y traslado al aeropuerto, comida (desayuno, almuerzo y cena), resguardo de equipaje mientras viaja al interior del país. El alquiler puede ser temporal (diario, semanal o mensual) o indefinido. No somos hotel. Se alojará bajo el cuidado y la atención de una familia amistosa y agradable.
